Town wins — when every mafia-aligned player has been eliminated.
Mafia win — the moment they match or outnumber everyone else. Reaching an even split is enough; they don't have to be ahead.
The last-stand exception — an even split is not an instant mafia win if the surviving town still has both a living doctor and a vigilante with an unspent bullet. The town gets to play on: the doctor can shield the shooter through the night while the vigilante spends the bullet on a mafioso to break the tie.
Your role is secret — only you (and your fellow mafia) know it.
Mafia, act as one — when the family has more than one member (mafia or a Yakuza), only the first tap counts: it locks that night's kill (or the Yakuza's recruit) and closes the window for everyone. Agree on the target first, then have a single person tap.
Changing your vote — tap another player to switch, or tap your current pick to retract. Abstaining still counts as having voted.
Hosting — the host drives the day (reveal votes, finalize, start the next night) and plays the narration aloud. Tap the speaker in the top bar to turn it on.
Chat — tap the 💬 bar at the bottom. Everyone is read by all but only the living may post; Mafia is mafia-only and open at night; Graveyard is where the eliminated talk — only the dead see it, and the dead post there instead of Everyone.
